Meet our Founder, Phil!
At Phil’s Granola, we believe that granola is the most important addition to any breakfast and we’re on a mission to make it healthy and delicious. Phil’s Granola officially went into business in January 2021, but our story began much earlier. Our story began in 2014 in the States, where our founder Philippa, aka Phil, started experimenting with granola recipes in her kitchen with her classmates using unique ingredients from each of their home countries. They wanted to create a granola that was not only tasty but also packed with nutritious ingredients.
After coming back to Greece, Phil started baking granola for her close friends and family and before she knew it, it came to…this! After months of trial and error, Phil finally perfected her recipes and started selling her granola to family and friends. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and Phil’s Granola soon became a local favorite. As demand grew, Phil expanded her production and started selling her granola in stores across Greece.
Today, we’re proud to offer our delicious and nutritious granola to customers across the country. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including organic oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, to create our signature flavors, as we used to at the very beginning. All of our granolas are certified organic, vegan, refined sugar free and contain no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. We also offer gluten free options.
