One of the simplest recipes with a twist! Goes great yogurt, smoothie bowls and salads!

Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 250gr pecans
  • 250gr almonds
  • 100gr pumpkin seeds
  • 100gr sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix 

Method:

  1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl. 
  2. Add all wet ingredients on top.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice to the mixture.
  5. Add 1/3 tsp Madagascar Vanilla to the mixture. 
  6. Place mixture on a tray and cook for 10′ at 180 °C (fan setting). 
  7. Once the 5′ are over, make sure to mix the nuts so they don’t burn.
