Chocolate Tart

The yummiest granola-based tart!
Ingredients:
300ml canned coconut milk
200g dark chocolate
400g granola (I used Almond Vanilla Phil’s Granola)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Process:
In a small saucepan, add 300ml of coconut milk from a can along with 200g of dark chocolate and mix. As the chocolate melts, in a mixer, add 400g of granola (I used Almond Vanilla) and beat it together with 1 tbsp of coconut oil until it becomes almost buttery. Then, place the granola mixture in the tart pan and spread it very well. Finally, add the melted chocolate on top and place it in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours before serving.
