Melt 60g of dark chocolate in a bain-marie with a small amount of coconut oil. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine 2 cups of Hazelicious Choco Granola and beat for about 1 minute until it reaches a crumbly texture. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup of peanut butter with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil until well combined. Next, spread the granola mixture evenly onto a tray using your hands to flatten it. Then, evenly spread the peanut butter mixture on top and place it in the freezer for approximately 15 minutes to partially freeze. Once slightly frozen, pour the melted chocolate over the top and optionally sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Return it to the freezer for about 30 minutes until fully set. Once the chocolate is firm, you can transfer it to the refrigerator for storage. Enjoy!
