Phil’s Affogato

The classic Italian affogato with our twist!
Ingredients:
1 big scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 espresso shot
1 tbsp Dark Choco Chip Phil’s Granola
Process:
In an espresso cup (make sure it’s frozen) add the scoop of vanilla ice cream. Having a frozen cup is very important for the affogato not to be melted.Add the shot of espresso directly to the cup.Top it with 1 tbsp of Dark Choco Chip Phil’s Granola.Enjoy immediately!
