Shipping Methods

All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-3 business days, given that all products are readily available at our kitchen and there are no other external reasons due to weather, strikes, pandemic etc. Our company tries its best to have your order shipped from our kitchen as soon as possible. 

After having your order shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the shipping details and the courier’s voucher number.

You can track your order by entering the tracking number in the corresponding field on the ACS website here or by phone at +30 210 81 90 000 και 801 500 1111 (from a landline in Greece).

Delivery Times:
The estimated time your order will be dispatched from us is 2-5 business days depending on order volume. The estimated shipping time for ACS courier is 1-3 business days from the day your order was picked up.  
Public holidays, extreme weather conditions, pandemic, strikes etc. are excluded from the above terms. The delivery times are only an estimate and Phil’s Granola is not responsible for delays due to the shipping companies or any other reasons above.

Shipping Costs:

Within the city of Athens: 3,00€

In-land Destinations: 3.50€ 

Island Destinations: 4,00€

Remote Destinations: 5,00€

Select to pick-up your order from our store. You will be notified by phone when your order is ready to be picked up. The estimated time for pick-up is 1-2 business days.
