It All Started in a College Kitchen

2013

Phil’s Granola began in 2013, in a cozy college kitchen filled with friends, experiments, and a love for honest, nourishing food. I was studying in Boston at the time, and I started baking granola using simple ingredients my friends brought from their home countries. That’s how the idea for real, good-for-you granola first came to life.

The Granola That Traveled With Me

2015–2018

After graduation, I moved to New York for grad school — and of course, I kept baking granola. I shared it with people from all walks of life: classmates, coworkers, neighbors. Over time, it became something grounding. A little ritual that brought comfort, connection, and the feeling of home, wherever I was.

Back to Greece & The Beginning of Phil’s Granola

2020

Returning to Greece during the pandemic, I continued baking granola — for friends, for family, and for the joy of creating. I started sharing moments on Instagram, and before I knew it, orders started coming in. That’s when I knew it was time to take the next step. And so, Phil’s Granola was officially born — organic, vegan, and refined sugar free. A fresh start, just the way I had imagined it.

Opening Our First Bakery

2021

This was the year we opened our first bakery. A space that smelled like cinnamon, freshly-baked granola, and creativity. It quickly became our home base — a place to experiment with new ideas, connect with our community, and bring the brand to life in the most personal way.

New Flavors, New Experiences

2022

2022 was the year Hazelicious Choco was born — still one of our most loved flavors. It was also the year we got bolder: we introduced limited seasonal editions like Melomakarono Granola, and it was incredible to see how much joy and excitement each new flavor brought to our community.

Rising to the Challenge

2023

Following the success of Hazelicious Choco, 2023 was all about keeping up with the incredible demand. We worked hard to meet every order, improve our processes, and maintain the quality you love. It was a year of dedication, hustle, and making sure Phil’s Granola reached more people than ever.

More Space, A Fresh Look

2024

This was a year of transformation. We launched our new packaging and expanded into the space next door, giving us more room to bake, grow, and dream bigger. With a larger workshop and a renewed visual identity, we stayed true to our values — honest ingredients, care and quality.

Our Most Requested Product — Finally Here

2025

After a full year of trials, setbacks, fresh ideas, and persistence, 2025 was the year we launched our very first bars. Made with the same pure, organic ingredients you know and love from our granola, they were crafted to bring energy, ease, and enjoyment to every moment of the day
