How subscriptions work

When you start a subscription with Phil’s Granola, everything runs on autopilot. You choose how often you want to receive your granola (every 7, 15 or 30 days), and after each successful renewal, your order is automatically processed and shipped to your doorstep — no need to place a new order every time. For example, if you select a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and deliver your favorite granola straight to your home, hassle-free.

You’ll receive a personal link by email to manage your subscription anytime — pause, skip, or update your order in just a few clicks.

Access your subscriptions

  • The customer portal with your subscriptions can accessed though:

    • A magic link (expires after 7 days) that was emailed to you when you placed a subscription order

    • If u want a new magic link add your email and we will email you a new one https://philsgranola.myshopify.com/a/subscriptions/login

    • By logging into your account and clicking "Subscriptions"

Pause or cancel your subscription anytime

We believe in freedom and flexibility. That’s why with Phil’s Granola, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime, right from your customer portal. Once you place your first subscription order, you’ll receive an email with a magic link that allows you to:

  • pause deliveries whenever you need

  • cancel your plan completely

  • change delivery dates or edit products

The only exception? If you started a subscription plan that includes a minimum number of payments, cancellation becomes available after completing those.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Absolutely! You’re in control of your subscription. At any point, you can edit, remove, or add new products directly from your personal dashboard. Just click on the “Edit” button next to your active subscription and choose your favorite Phil’s Granola flavors or new seasonal items you want to try.

No minimum required. Your changes apply automatically to your next delivery. You decide—we prepare!

Can I skip or reschedule a subscription delivery?

Absolutely! Your subscription is flexible, and you’re in control. Just log in to your personal account, find your upcoming delivery date, and click “Reschedule” or “Skip”. Choose the new date that works for you, and your subscription will automatically adjust from that day forward.

No commitments, no penalties — just granola, your way.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

No worries! If your payment fails for any reason, you'll automatically receive an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Once the payment goes through, your subscription will be reactivated — no deliveries missed.
