Beauty Starts in the Kitchen — But It Doesn’t Stop There

I’ve never been someone with a complicated beauty routine. I don’t follow strict regimens or chase every new launch. For me, beauty has always been about small, consistent habits — the things you reach for without thinking.
Yes, what you eat matters. Energy, hydration, balance — they show on your skin. But beyond that, I believe in keeping things simple. Clean skin. A good moisturizer. SPF every single day. Lately, I’ve been reaching for the Thank You Farmer SPF moisturizer — it’s lightweight, hydrating, and makes sun protection feel effortless rather than heavy. And lip balm — always lip balm. I never leave the house without one. The Summer Fridays lip balms are constantly in my bag; they’re nourishing, slightly glossy, and just enough to make you feel put together without trying too hard.

In the winter, I gravitate toward richer textures — thicker creams, nourishing balms, sometimes a facial oil at night. In the summer, I strip everything back. Tinted lip balm, brushed brows, sun protection. I don’t believe glow comes from doing more. I think it comes from doing what works for you and staying consistent.

Beauty, for me, isn’t about transformation. It’s about maintenance in the most gentle sense. The same way I think about breakfast — simple, supportive, never extreme. Just small choices that make you feel like yourself.
