The yummiest granola-based tart!

Ingredients


300ml canned coconut milk

200g dark chocolate

400g granola (I used Almond Vanilla Phil’s Granola)

1 tbsp coconut oil

In a small saucepan, add 300ml of coconut milk from a can along with 200g of dark chocolate and mix.

As the chocolate melts, in a mixer, add 400g of granola (I used Almond Vanilla) and beat it together with 1 tbsp of coconut oil until it becomes almost buttery.

Then, place the granola mixture in the tart pan and spread it very well.

Finally, add the melted chocolate on top and place it in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours before serving.

Storage Suggestions

❄️ Store in Refrigerator in an airtight container or cover tart pan tightly for up to 3 days

Best served chilled for clean slices
