Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark

A very simple recipe perfect for the warm summer days!

Ingredients


2 cups of Greek yogurt

2 tbsp peanut butter

raspberries

blueberries

3 tbsp Peanut Butter Phil’s Granola

Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.In the tray, add the yogurt and spread onto the tray.

Add the peanut butter. and mix well until the peanut butter is evenly incorporated.Sprinkle the raspberries, blueberries and granola evenly over the yogurt layer, gently pressing them into the yogurt.

Place the baking sheet or tray in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen.

Once the yogurt is frozen, remove the tray from the freezer.

Use a sharp knife to cut the yogurt bark into desired shapes or break it into smaller pieces

Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and fruity yogurt bark!

Storage Suggestions

❄️ Store in Freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months

Place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking
