A very simple recipe perfect for the warm summer days!
Ingredients:

2 cups of Greek yogurt

2 tbsp peanut butter
-
raspberries
-
blueberries

3 tbsp Peanut Butter Phil’s Granola
Process:
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.In the tray, add the yogurt and spread onto the tray.Add the peanut butter. and mix well until the peanut butter is evenly incorporated.Sprinkle the raspberries, blueberries and granola evenly over the yogurt layer, gently pressing them into the yogurt.Place the baking sheet or tray in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen.Once the yogurt is frozen, remove the tray from the freezer. Use a sharp knife to cut the yogurt bark into desired shapes or break it into smaller pieces.Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and fruity yogurt bark!
Note: If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can drizzle a little extra maple syrup on top of the yogurt bark before freezing it. You can also customize the recipe by adding other toppings like shredded coconut or chopped nuts.
