One of the simplest recipes with a twist! Goes great yogurt, smoothie bowls and salads!Let’s get started!
Ingredients:

250gr pecans

250gr almonds

100gr pumpkin seeds

100gr sunflower seeds

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/3 tsp Madagascar Vanilla

1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
Process:
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl.Add all wet ingredients on top.Mix well.Add 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice to the mixture.Add 1/3 tsp Madagascar Vanilla to the mixture.Place mixture on a tray and cook for 10′ at 180 °C (fan setting).Once the 5′ are over, make sure to mix the nuts so they don’t burn.Enjoy!
