Ingredients


1/2 kg Ground beef

1 chopped onion

2 avocados

Juice from ½ lime

Bukovo (Mediterranean chili)

Cumin

Smoked Paprika

Salt

Pepper

Mini tortilla wraps

Shredded cheese

Tomato (optional)

In a skillet over high heat, add ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes.

Make a hole in the center and add olive oil and the finely chopped onion.

Sauté the onion until softened and then reduce to medium heat.

Simultaneously, cut 2 avocados and mash them with a fork. Add juice from half a lime and bukovo.

Once the beef is cooked, lower the heat, and add juice from 1 lime, cumin, smoked paprika, salt & pepper and mix well.

In another skillet over medium heat, place the mini tortillas and add cheese. On top add the ground beef and wait until the cheese melts. Serve on a plate and add avocado and tomato. You can also add extra lime if you like.

Storage Suggestions

❄️ Store in Refrigerator

Store beef mixture separately in an airtight container for up to 3 days

Reheat in skillet or microwave before assembling

Store avocado separately with lime juice and plastic wrap pressed directly on surface (best consumed within 1 day)
