Chocolate Tart

In a bowl, add oats, oat flour (you can make your own oat flour by adding oats into a blender), peanut butter, maple syrup and stir until smooth.
Spread the mixture in the bottom of each cupcake liner with a spoon.
Melt 115g chocolate using a bain marie and add olive oil on top of the chocolate.
Once chocolate is melted, cover the oat mixture with the melted chocolate and smooth out the top.
Before the chocolate hardens, add Peanut Butter Granola on top.
Add to freezer for 20-30 minutes. You can enjoy it right away!
